REPORT SUMMARY:
Initial eye-witness testimony stated strange manipulation of light, sudden deaths, and a figure outline. After psycho-medical personnel arrived on scene, reports added mention of young man, roughly early twenties, dark skinned, and nervous in area of investigation scene. Further searching found abandoned clothes near mentioned suspect’s stated location. Analysis of clothes in lab is ongoing. Suggest little discussion with press until further details uncovered.
